TOGA is a statewide growth association founded in 1991 to provide discounted employee benefit programs to business and industry. TOGA provides associations and individual employers the opportunity to evaluate employee benefit programs and utilization of TOGA services while promoting cooperation within the association and employer communities. Our goal is to provide the highest level of quality employee benefits and services available with emphasis on, but not limited to, community networking, utilization of community expertise, promoting community services, and networking with available community associations such as the TOGA chambers of commerce, trade associations, employer groups and government agencies.

Business and trade associations recognize the real value and benefits of participating in coalitions such as TOGA. They can offer a wider variety of services without utilizing their own valuable resources and without losing the individual identity of the sponsoring association.

Associations and organizations are not charged dues, however, they must sponsor a workers’ compensation program, be a participant in our group health plan or sponsor an TOGA tax qualified retirement plan. Market access fees are charged annually to endorsed vendors providing the opportunity to market their services to TOGA association and organization members. The market access fees are then shared with associations endorsing the individual plan. There are no dues for individual employers, chambers or trade associations.

TOGA also provides a great networking opportunity to vendors and businesses to market in areas where TOGA is endorsed. This networking opportunity provides for advertising in chamber and trade association newsletters as well as participation in business expos, after-hours business socials and resource materials. Annual dues are $250 charged to vendors only, and the vendor must agree to provide our member with the following:
